I booked an overnight Green Canyon Blue Marlin charter out of Venice with a well known captain for June. Told him to look at moon tables and pick a day. This was well in advance of his calendar booking up. He choose four days before the June "Strawberry" Moon.
Will report back how it goes. ...

I have always used Louisiana brand crawfish seasoning and I add salt. One bag of regular + can of salt for first batch and Spicy + salt for second batch.
Open to new boil brands and have heard about Chackbay. How does it stack to Louisiana? Does it need additional salt?
