It's difficult to find an experienced DC from a good program. It's a lateral move for all of them. The only lure is money and usually the school they are at will match or better the money to stay (which is what LSU did). The search process is to find one with experience first and if not find an up ...

I watched JJ throw them in the ground all through high school. Every game he would one and two hop his throws to receivers. I think thats why your seeing limited throws from him. I was never impressed with is arm/accuracy in HS....
