I just returned from an international flight.
People will have standard carry-on wheeled luggage, a backpack the size of a sofa and a huge book bag or purse and cram it all in the overhead.
It is infuriating. Everything besides the carry on should go at their feet.
Coming home, the airline...

To me it sounds like a loose wire or bad connection at the outlet.
Check the outlet that still has 120v.
I am assuming that the “good outlet “ still has 120v.
The 3 outlets with 50v could be after the loose connection on the first outlet. ...
