Unless they have changed in the past year, Lit Pizza dough is made in house. The gluten free and cauliflower is frozen.
Lit basically took the concept idea from Blaze but made it better as far as ingredients, but it all depend...

Anchorage - flying in, probably spending last night before returning flight)

Salsa in ground beef mixture for burgers. Makes it more juicy and adds a nice flavor...
