What're the perfect hamburger toppings

For me it's a toss up between:
ham, mozzerella, pizza sauce, mixed greens, and mayo
or
Grilled onions, provolone, bbq, lettuce, pickles, mayo and mustard
I'm torn between the two, but if forced to choose I roll with the second one. While I do also love the traditional dressed burger, there's something special about fancying it up.

Grilled onions and cheese. That's it. Sure, other toppings are good. But for a perfect burger, all you need are caramelized onions and good ole USA cheese product.
