JJ, JL or whoever is under center is destined to fail on this offense. Crowton's offense is different than it was a before JJ/JL. There used to be a commitment to run on early downs. With Hester and Scott it was run to set up the pass. Now it's pass to set up the run. Unless you have an elite QB...
