I can agree with you a little on this, his chances are much higher.
But I will say this, I think Herman will fall at Texas. To big of a program jump for him. Houston's American Athletic conference is a very easy conference to play...

Wrong,
Herman may have developed some 5 star recruits, but he didnt recruit any
Houston wasnt even in the top 50 classes of recruiting in 2016 or 2015...

Point blank,
Houston has no affect on LSU at all anyway, no matter what coach they hire.
The American Athletic conference is Crap. What talented 3,4,or 5 Star recruit would want to go there over any SEC or power 5 conference team??
