Why LSU hired the wrong guy

and this is why LSU should go scorched earth, and make no bones about it.
Media has been kicking us in the dick for over a year now, and this move only intensifies the rhetoric of an inept administration.
So how do you go scorched earth? by not giving a frick about what they say about you from now on.
Hire Briles = frick you media
Hire both Briles = double frick you media
Look, our reputation as a dumb and stupid cajun fanbase ain't changing any time soon. So now's the time to turn heel and say frick you to everyone else.

Miles wasn't fired because he couldn't beat Alabama. He was fired because LSU started losing to Ole Miss and Arkansas.
And you know what O does? Loses to Florida after LSU had a 3 game winning streak and had won 5 of the last 6 games against them.

Probably not. Baylor's women's teams haven't suffered any. It'd be some ammo to negatively recruit in all sports but it wouldn't hurt, and even if it did neither Briles would be here long anyway.

You could pick any high school coach within 10 miles of the LSU assembly center that would do a much better job than Johnny Jones. He needs to be fired today, not at the end of season.

I understand statistics and what you posted, on its face, is absurd. Les had LSU in a downward trajectory while others were trending upward. As for O, no one in the modern era wins at Ole Miss unless they are over top with cheating...see Hugh Freeze as Exhibit A. Ole Miss is a shat hole
