From a Longhorn fan in Austin I want to express my sorrow in hearing of the death Les Miles' sister. I read the article in the Advocate and, sadly,it sounded like it was avoidable. That makes it even more tragic. My prayers are with Les and his family right now. ...

Still plenty of time for LSU

Three games separates LSU from Ole Miss and Arkansas, with three series to go. There is plenty of time for LSU to make their move....

I see there are 9 conference games left, 6 at home. It is easy to see LSU get hot and win the division....

Only three games out of Division lead I think you ae writing them off too soon....
pgunktiger, I live in Austin and am a die hard Texas fan and I hope we don't get LSU in a Regional. I think LSU is going to get hot at just the right time and they are scary....

re: Seriously.. Is LSU becoming Texas

I think OBUDan hit the nail on the head. I don't think Texas is lazy I think they have a little different philosophy about recruiting. First they want kids who WANT to play for Texas because Mack feels when the chips are down, players committed to play for Texas make big plays. Also, since Mack has ...

I am a Texas fan, here, and I think that is a good question because I sure would like for Texas to have some of the Running back talent LSU had had for years....

I think your receivers are going to be interested in playing for Texas because of the incoming quarterbacks they have. Next year it will be all-everything Garrett Gilbert starting his college career and he is going to throw the ball a lot and probably well....

re: LSU favored to win it all tonight

One sport I would never bet on is college baseball. How do you figure Texas power surg, them walking all the hitters Monday night, and LSU scoring one run Tuesday night. My only explanation is college baseball....

If I were and LSU fan (and I am when Texas is not playing) I would be spending my time and energy thanking your lucky stars you have Manieri as your coach right now. You have no reason to live in the past with him there. He has brought back the glory days for LSU baseball and appears to do it with c...

This question is like do you like Honda or Toyotas. Both are two of the best ever and Augie has won national Championships in 4 different decades. By the way, LSU's record of 15 World Series is admirable but don't forget this is Texas' 33rd. No one else close. Texas has been to the CWS 6 of the last...
I am a Texas fan here, from Austin, visiting your board and I too think the original post is ridiculous. The team has already improved and there is no reason LSU cannot recruit well in LA, Arkansas, MS, Texas and surrounding area. I good coach is the main determining factor, in my opinion, and you h...
A Texas fan here. We love Greg Robinson in Austin. He has the Will Muschamp type enthusiasm and works from the sideline. We only had him one year because Syracuse hired him as HC. He evidently is not a good head coach but I feel he is a very good DC and think LSU would like him. When it was feared T...
A Texas fan, here, from Austin, reading these posts. I think you need to remember college football is a constantly changing thing because you lose players every year to graduation and the NFL. You lost a lot of talent last year and I don't think it is reasonable to expect to plug new players into th...
