Got one Monday for my birthday, cooked a chicken and some ribs in it Tuesday. Very moist and tender. Only thing is it does not leave a crust like barbquing them....

Even thought I catch some on my own property that doesn't mean they are free to me. I still have to buy some to cover what we need. We go off of the market price which is what all farmers are getting paid....
