I enjoy mine. I've done ribs, brisket, pork butt, chicken. It works well, but follow the instructions of the timer to the minute on "hard to smoke" meats like ribs. It takes a LOT of charcoal to get it hot enough for the end of cooking on pork butts (taking it up to 180-190 to gelatin-ize the fats)....
I used to when I played baseball. Stuff is almost instant cramp relief. I don't drink it for enjoyment, but it does make potato salad better....
I just cut out cokes and cut back on the fried food. I might omit some items, like french fries. I believe in moderation. If I'm feeling less than good about myself I might go for a grilled chicken salad; but that's rare. ...
