Reach out to the Certified Angler Instructor program in BSA. Better yet...have your son take the course and it will provide him with some info and tools to make the project better. Cabelas and BassPro usually donate to BSA. They will help you....

My camp chef has been good to me. Dependent on the size you get it will fit the ribs you want. I went with camp chef for 2 reasons...the ash clean out and the pellet cleanout. It also has a slide away plate to get direct heat but I have not tried that. I bought the pellet grill because I wante...
Its pretty good. Don't expect to cut a 2in piece of wood like its butter. get new blades right from the start. The stock blade is horrible....
