Made-for-TV football leagues that everyone hoped would be swimming in sports gambling ad revenue.
Then the sports gambling app land grab ended and the money dried up.
So we'll have one season of this UFL or whatever, and then it'll be done....

You could tell once it was all Guaranty-controlled at the start of the year they tried to "mainstream" it and it wasn't as good. After that I noted that the parking lot never seemed to be busy like before.

Should note that Saturday's game is NOT part of the In-Season tournament. They're just trotting out the City Edition unis for their on-court debut.
Apparently we're not among the teams that designed an alt court to go with the City unis to be used in non-in-season tourney games, barring any last ...
