Need a 1080p monitor recommendation for my PC and ps4

what's the best 1080p monitor I can get for under $500. needs to have an HDMI input Also, not sure what screen size would be best. Bigger would be better, but not sure if that compromises the 1080p display quality any advice would be appreciated ...

So its a black screen that says no bootable devices found. when i start it up holding option, I get 2 icons. I can load up the normal ios, or i can load up time machine If I load up ios, it goes back to the black screen and says no bootable device found if I load up time machine, it work...
