All of you that own roll around jambalaya pots how far from the burner does the pot sit. Also how is the burner attached to the roll Around stand? I am looking to build a roll around stand for my 15 gallon pot. I am in the metal industry and have some great fabricators available. Need some advice on...

Just moved from Lakeview to Boulder area and cost of living about the same. Taxes and insurance is really low but housing is higher so it equals out. I like the R and R but live in Colorado so I don't think they will ship that far without costing an arm and a leg. Could I use this burner and prop it up to work with this stand?...
