Alabama coach Nick Saban doesn't like the way the Bowl Championship Series is playing out. However, Florida coach Will Muschamp has a solution...

"Well, I can switch and go to Atlanta if he doesn't want to go to Atlanta and play the Dawgs," Muschamp said Monday. "Be careful what you ask for, Nick."
Saban said Sunday that is isn't fair that the Gators, fifth-ranked in the BCS, likely will play in the Sugar Bowl over the loser of the Southeastern Conference title game. No. 2 Alabama plays No. 3 Georgia for the SEC title Saturday, with the winner advancing to the BCS title game in Miami and the loser probably landing in the Capital One Bowl in Orlando. Saban said...

"It's not really a great scenario," "You play your way into the (SEC) championship game, which means you're the best team in your division. ... It doesn't seem quite right, but it is what it is. I don't really know what me commenting about it is going to do to change it. But I don't feel good about it."

I agree with Saban. We should change the rules of college football to benefit Bama again this season.

Is this the same Nick Saban who was whining in 2003 that only conference champs should play for a national title? Or the same Nick Saban who won a national championship in 2011 w/o winning his own conference division? Jeez...I though Mark Richt was a whiner! As far as I know, the loser of the SECCG has always been eliminated from participating in a BCS game. LSU lost the SECCG in '05 and ended up in the Chicken Bowl. Get over yourself, Nick! Are you scared of the Dawgs?

I was always under the impression that the Sugar Bowl has to take either winner of the SEC if they aren't playing in the BCSCG, or the loser of the SECCG/highest ranked in the BCS that isn't playing for crystal.

I guess they don't want a 2 loss UGA over a 1 loss UF?

sounds like he is trolling the frick out of LSU fans to me.

Sounds like he is concerned about losing to Georgia. I would be too. Georgia offense is WAY better than LSU's and LSU had their way with the Bammers.

Have to admit he's being a bitch about this

Funny how his tone changes this year. He wasn't complaining about being runner-up in his division last year and still getting to play for a national championship.

No Nick you had the best schedule in your division.

I guess he forgot that he got in the national championship game last year after not winning his division.
