Which Houston airport terminal has the best United lounge?

E is bigger but crowded. C is nicer to me due to less people.

E is popular because it's the international terminal, but I think C is better and less crowded.
If you do go to E go to the 3rd floor, most don't know it's there and it's not crowded.

3rd floor is less crowded because the 2nd floor has the bar and food
