Trip to Utah?

I'm getting ready to start planning a trip to Utah (summertime) to check out the 'Mighty 5' (Canyonland, Zion, Bryce, Arches, and Capitol Reef Nat'l Parks)
Has anyone been to these parks before? If so, what's the most cost efficient way to get most if not all of these done?

If this trip is 7-10+ days, then do all 5.
If it's 5-7 days, pick two or three
If is 3-5 days, pick one park.
Whatever you decide, go. It's easily the most stunning landscape in the lower-48. While I want to travel internationally and experience a lot of what the world has to offer. There's still parks in the US that are out of this world awesome.

This site was really useful when I planned our trip. But that was a decade ago so I hope he's updated it.

They aren't as aggressive there as they are on your porch.

What is your planned starting point/how are you going to get there?
We drove to Bryce from Denver, and the drive on 70 through the San Rafael was amazing - miles and miles of nothing, but some of the most beautiful nothing I have ever seen. The drive through Red Canyon to Bryce is really pretty as well. You can also drive up 15 from Vegas and start at Zion.
I would suggest focusing on the southern area - Zion, Bryce and Capitol Reef - as they are all clustered somewhat near each other. To get from Capitol/Bryce to Arches/Canyonlands you are either going to backtrack a bit or drive on some not very major roads and/or go a good way out of your way, if I remember correctly.
