Travel waivers issued for flights to NYC Area

Apparently Hurricane Jose is still churning and will affect NYC / New England this week. I got an alert from United to this effect.

New York-LaGuardia, NY (LGA)
Philadelphia, PA (PHL)
Providence, RI (PVD)

I noticed this alert earlier today but wasn't sure if anyone on here was flying through the northeast. JFK is apparently a nightmare right now. Over 4 1/2 hour delays on inbound flights, they were down to 1 runway earlier today as well

The U.N. meeting is probably creating more of a travel issue than the storm. Hotels are outrageous!
