Sandals Jamaica

My wife and I have stayed at the Sandals Royal Bahamian (Nassau, Bahamas) and Sandals Grande Saint Lucian (Gros Islet, St. Lucia).
What is the best resort in Jamaica within the Sandal's resorts? We are mid-twenties, enjoy waterfront activities a nice beach front.
We are leaning towards Sandals Royal Caribbean (Montego Bay).

I've been to Ochos Rios, the main one in Montego Bay, and the Royal Carribean in Montego Bay.
Ochos Rios
Royal Carribean
Montego Bay
In that order, IMO.

My wife and I honeymooned at the Royal Plantaion Ochos Rios before it was a Sandals property, and it was one of the most beautiful places I've ever been.
I would look really hard at that one.

You need to go to Couples Swept Away in Negril. Montego Bay sucks.

We did sandals whitehouse in Jamaica and if your looking for a great beach, don't choose that one

My wife and I have done Sandals whitehouse. Great resort with a private beach reserved for guests.

100% agree with this. We went to Couples Swept Away in Negril for our honeymoon. We had a great time. They had more than enough waterfront activities and a great beach. This Jamaican guy and his family play Jamaican music for you right on the beach. It sits right next to Sandals Negril and from the people we talked to, they said the Couples Resort was larger and had more to do. We have been wanting to go back ever since. Plan to do so in a couple years after the kid.

I didn't stay at Sandals but we stayed at the Half Moon in Montego Bay and enjoyed it.
If you golf, there's a great course in MB called the White Witch.

We're going to Sandals Negril within 2 months. Has anyone been here? If so, how was it?

Couples Swept away and Sandals Negril are both excellent. We loved Sandals Negril.....
Its a decent ride from the airport. The last time we went, I used the Helicopter service. I will never ride the shuttle again in Jamaica. LOL That was awesome.

Can I ask a question without sounding like I'm trying to shite on the OPs trip (because I'm really not trying to)?
If you go to a resort chain like Sandals, can you tell the difference between the islands you're on? Like, if you're at the Sandals is Jamaica, does it feel much different than being at the Sandals in St. Lucia? Or a Sandals in the BVI? I'm just curious because I've never stayed at one.
Again, not trying to shite on your trip, I'm just curious.

To answer your question, yes it is different.
I have stayed at three Sandals resorts.
Sandals Negril, Sandals St Lucia (Halcyon) and Sandals Bahamas (Emerald Bay)
Though there is some consistency in the resorts, bedding, towels, food, service, etc, there are plenty of differences.
For instance, Sandals in St Lucia (Halcyon) had a terrible beach. The sand there sucked and it was not kept up very well. More like river sand. We spent most of our time at the pool area. In turn, they had tons of activities going on at the poo.
Where as, Sandals Negril beach area was fantastic. I barely spent anytime at the pool. I am a beach guy so I enjoyed that very much.
The rooms are always a little different as well. Sandals itself is very consistent but there are differences in the food and drinks depending on the local culture.

You are going to really enjoy it. It is a large resort but very spread out.
Enjoy and ask for top shelf with your drinks. They have no issue giving it to you but you need to ask.
