Arzak, but make your reservation now. The good Paris restaurants tend to have very seasonal menus. What time of the year will you be there?

Also, what's your preference? Fancy, small, hole in the wall, obscure, famous, etc.

Search Bordeaux with Elodie. Will not regret 2 full day tours.

Jealous of San Sebastián. On my short list for ‘20.

Did this trip, as part of 2 trips. These are the memorable restaurants we went to. The first 2 weren’t cheap but worth the experience.

1) Paris - arpege
2) Bordeaux - la grande maison
3) San Sebastián - Amelia

Amazing cities, and personally I would retire to San Sebastián. Walk through the streets and eat pintxos, esp anchovies. Enjoy the wine of Bordeaux, there’s a great wine shop downtown that will ship to the states. 2014 is great value in Bordeaux, without the crazy pricing that happened in 2015 and 16.
