I'm always browsing google flights so with this new board, it's much easier to post cheap flights without the huge thread.

This one is specifically for Nola-Orlando, Tampa, Ft. Lauderdale, and Miami. I'm seeing roundtrips from now through the beginning of 2017 for $160 roundtrip on United, Delta, American, and Southwest. Frontier also has their $78 fares for the roundtrip to orlando.

Orlando: $165 on American, Delta, United, Southwest. This includes May, June, July, August, Sept, etc up through next february. Anyone looking for thanksgiving, christmas, new years, mardi gras just take a glance

Tampa: $161 on all the airlines. Same thing as with Orlando going up through 2017

Fort Lauderdale: $187 on all the airlines for now- 2017

Miami: $126 is the absolute cheapest (May then October, November, December)

If you need help let me know, I'm stuck at a firestone currently with nothing better to do...

So google flights is my go to. Do you have set dates? What I usually do is look at origin (MSY) and destination (let's pick MCO/Orlando). If you type in MSY-MCO, you'll see the $174 fares go up all the way through March of 2017. Google flights link for mardi gras 2017

From that link you can just play around with the dates

Do you have any experience on frontier? It can't be any worse than United.

No experience on frontier but my mom flies them all the time from philly and hasn't had any issues. The big problem is they only have 1 flight a day usually, so if there's any weather delays early in the day your flight will likely be delayed (assuming its late at night)

We are going to Orlando in November. Waiting for Southwest to update their dates. Frontier would be an option on that Disney World only does the Magical Express from MCO.

Any advise here?

Frontier (right now) is flying every other day NS to MSY-MCO really cheap.

That's a bit of a problem, Mon-Wed-Fri as I recall.

One of the Füts is going next week, I'll debrief and post.

Frontier specials from MSY are to PHL, DEN & MCO.

What thursday in november? $92 one-way fare on Nov 3, $87 on Nov 10 and 24, and $185 on Nov 17. You could fly there on delta, southwest, american, etc and back on frontier if the dates work?

We are leaving the 3rd and coming back on the 11th.. Because of work, I need to leave late out of BTR. But my wife and son are leaving out of MSY on a nonstop. He's just two and they both can handle that much better.

Oh yeah connecting would be a nightmare with a 2 year old. Unfortunately southwest has their cheap fares for that tuesday and wednesday that week, not thursday...

Yeah. And oddly, only for the connecting flight in ATL.

I'm not sure why it's only the connections, maybe because every other airline posting the cheap MSY-XXX-MCO fares also have a connection.

The airlines are brutal with their nonstop pricings with no competition. This is the first time I've found one-way fares for MSY-PHL for under $150 until frontier joined in on the route. Once frontier expands their schedule we should hopefully see the pricing go down for your dates
