Check to see what of these things are open, but you have lots of options. Unless you are an Elvis fan I'd skip Graceland.
Memphis Zoo is good, you can easily spend all day there. Great for kids.
If you like art you can do the Dixon or the Brooks.
BBQ of course. I like Central for BBQ nachos on house-made chips. Odds are you have heard of Rendezvous but it is closed on Sunday. Blues City Cafe is good for BBQ on Beale.
If you are there Sunday morning brunch at the Majestic downtown is great.

I enjoyed Sun Studios. Honestly, I found Memphis to be underwhelming. I'm an Elvis fan, so I loved Graceland.

Yes go to Bass Pro in the Memphis Pyramid and Mud Island.
If you like guitars the Gibson Guitar Factory and Store in the Beale Street area (as well as Beale Street itself) is good.

Sum Records tour is worth the hour or so it takes. Also, the Gibson factory is worth a visit if open.

Stax Studios is open Sunday 1-5p. Fascinating stuff..
If I had one Sunday in Memphis.
Rev Al Green's Church (Faith Gospel Tabernacle)
Lunch at The Four Way (meat and three)
Afternoon, do the Stax and Sun Tours.
Evening, rest yourself.

A tour on the Duck is interesting. Covers a lot of area. The ribs at BB Kings are excellent. I've been twice. See the ducks at the Peabody Hotel. Google it.

Complete and utter waste of time to go out of your way to see that.

Please report back. I'm flying to Memphis for the game this weekend and I land about 6 hours before my friend who I'm splitting a rental with to get to Oxford.
