Petit Jean Mountain I don't think is too far from there and I remember it being nice. Good outdoorsy activity.

You can go to Pinnacle Mountain State park. Plenty of outdoor things to do there with great scenery. Take a hike up the mountain if you feel up to it. Don't know how that would work with your infant.

Visit the Arkansas Inland Maritime Museum. It's in North Little Rock but you can get there by crossing the pedestrian bridge from downtown Little Rock. The bridge crosses the Arkansas River and the kids would probably like that. Go during the day, the last time I walked that bridge at night it was filled with bums.

Museum of Discovery is downtown and is a cool place for kids.

Little Rock has a few breweries if you want to leave the kids with the wife for the afternoon.

Where are you staying? My car got broken into in West Little Rock a few weeks ago.

Rivermatket district is a good night out. Fun bars, music, food. Much better than what BR offers (if that is what you are comparing to). Just like any downtown walk in a group if possible. As far as kids go check out discovery children's museum. Bobbys bike hike for tours. Bundle up for awesome biking. Lost forty brewery and diamond bear are cool brewery's to check out. If you have a free lunch. Go lost forty imo if you have to choose.

The Two Rivers Park isn't bad. The pedestrian bridge is kinda cool.

Your kids will probably like going to one of the purple cow restaurants.

can you be more specific on what you want to do? Pinnacle mountain, the big dam bridge, and 2 rivers park is pretty family oriented outdoor activities. The Clinton Library is over here. Park Plaza and Mccain Malls are ok. River Market at night is pretty good especially new years.

Stop by the Clinton library and pay your respects...lol

West Northwest side of town is mount pinnicale if your into hiking
If your in shape climb the mount from the East side, if not climb from the West side
Nice hike around the base through the woods...lots of potential wildlife visual
