Jost Van Dyke for a week beginning next Saturday - Pics added page 3

We've been to Jost several times for day trips from St. John but this time we're staying on the island for a week. We have a boat for 8 taking us from Foxy's to Anegada for a long day trip next Monday. On Thursday we have two boats taking 13 people to Salt Cay to snorkel the Rhone and then we'll head over to Norman to snorkel the aquariam and hang out on the Willy T for the afternoon.
If you haven't been to the Willy T it just might be one of the rowdiest/raunchiest bars around. It's a vessel that is permanently anchored in the middle of a bay on Norman Island and pretty much anything goes.
If any of you are on Jost next week the first painkiller at Soggy is on me!

'preciate it but my leisure travel schedule is not as robust as yours 
BTW, we enjoyed our trip to TCI...despite the rain. But didn't like it as much as St. John.

There are 10 of us on Jost. We have a bunch of friends that live on or have places on St. John and they're coming over for the second boat charter.

I was in the BVI for New Year's this year. It was killer but, I was sure I'd come back from Willie T's with tetanus and Painkiller's are disgusting.
Also there is a random cottage on the north side of Anegada that has a flag pole with an LSU flag flying. If you walk it is about 100 yds or so down the beach to the west. I've always wondered who lived there.

Nice, we goin back to St John in July and headed over to Jost for one night while there. Last time we just went for the day. That place is amazing!!

I'm looking at snorkeling gear now does anyone have the full face one? I'm reading some reviews that say you can't dive down with it because the air in the mask make you float back up.

I can do a review. I've been to St. John more times than I can count and I've stayed in the BVI a few times as well. This is our first time with Jost as our base and we're excited to see it at least partially sober for the first time.

i'll do a family review when we get back, going with wife and kids aged 9,7 and 5, so won't be as rowdy as VABuckeye's review.
