Been staying over there from time to time with work. Generally stay at the Hilton Garden Inn because it’s the only place I’ve found that isn’t a total fleabag. However, it’s starting to have its own problems. Is there a decent hotel anywhere in that whole damn town??

Staying there Friday night on my way back from Santa's Wonderland in College Station
I have family that have lived in Beaumont their entire lives. They said there is a brand-new hotel, Avid, that is nice
They also said Comfort Suites is good
Both off I-10 as you are leaving Beaumont

I booked at Comfort because I know my son will want to swim at indoor pool

Decent and Beaumont do not belong in the same sentence.

Holiday Inn. It’s very close to Pappadeaux so you could go there for dinner.

I've stayed there and it's fine. But this was 7 or 8 years ago so no idea what it's like now.

I stayed at a Holiday Inn on Walden last year. It was pretty good.

I’ve stayed at that “Elegante Hotel”. Over 20 years ago. Crazy story. I”d avoid staying in Beaumont if possible. There are several decent hotels in Lake Charles either at the casino or just next to the casino.

That's one that I'm considering. Also considering the Homewood Suites. Being a Hilton Honors member Im trying to stay with that brand if I can find a decent one. Any idea about that one?

I have to go to the north part of Beaumont a couple of times a year. I end up staying at the La Quinta in Lumberton. No one is ever there, and it’s easy enough to get around. Probably not worth it if you are going anywhere south of I10/96 interchange.
