Going on honeymoon to Greece in couple of weeks. Athens, Paros, Santorini. Reccomendations appreciated.

I'm in santorini now, spent a few days in Athens and finishing out the trip here. It's freaking beautiful.

Don't know if you have a tour service or not but our stuff was prearranged before we got in country. The acropolis tour in Athens in a must but you don't really need the museum add on. The museum was straight forward enough that I felt like we could have don't it ourselves. The tour itself depends on the guide. Ours was an archeological major and knew a bunch but her accent made her English difficult to understand at times.
The people here will go out of their way for you as far as service and the city is pretty interesting. Unfortunately the food is probably the worst part. Just about every restaurant serves a variant of the same dishes so it can get a little redundant.
Santorini is different as far as food since a lot of their food source revolves around seafood so there's a change of pace in that regard. The island is packed. Everyone comes to Greece for santorini so there's people everywhere and the streets are crowded (esp with Chinese/Asians who have no awareness of personal space).
There's history everywhere though so if you're into that you'll have a good time.

Agree with all of this (especially about the Asians). Beauty of Santorini (when we stayed there), was that our view was so beautiful, if we didn't want to leave our balcony/pool, it was still an amazing day. It's amazing that basically every human there pretty much stops what they are doing to watch the sunset.
Not sure what you're into, but we did a volcano hike, which was really fun and went swimming in the thermal springs. Be aware, the thermal springs are interesting with the heated water, but the water is dirty and muddy there. We jumped off the boat in crystal clear water and had to swim/walk a few hundred yards to get there.

We did Crete and Santorini for our honeymoon and going back in September. Take a catamaran cruise out of Amoudi bay in Oia and also do a wine tour.

Be sure to spend some time just walking around the plaka in Athens. Brettos was a cool a little bar there that we happened upon.
There are also a few hotels with great rooftop bars/restuarants with views of the Acropolis at night. I believe we did the Bretagne.
Don't mind the stray dogs. We had one we named "Rufus" that hung out with us for a few hours around the plaka until he decided to hang out with his other stray friends at the Syntagma Square McDonald's.
We grabbed a couple bottles of wine and just walked around drinking from it. Not sure if that is even legal but no one stopped us.
The James Joyce Pub was a nice retreat from souvlaki. I thought the food there was really good. Otherwise my opinions are pretty bad because I was there partying and spent three weeks on Rhodes.

The Grecian Isles is my wife's dream trip.
We are probably going to do it in 2018.

OP, not sure how long you are in Athens, but the Central Market is great to walk around:
