Should we go into Destin or Panama more?
Loved going to Destin as a kid. Big Kahuna and all the restaurants.
Also love Baytowne for night life

Lol, this must be your first time on 30A. Trust me, it is much better then Destin and Panama.
Go into seaside for some great happy hours and a little bit more action.

We went back in February to site see and enjoy 30A....we never spent a night out there.
Any hidden gems? Good places to stay that isn't too pricey anywhere along 30A? We may take a long weekend trip out there towards the end of the summer or early august.

Cuvee is about a 3 minute drive and has a great happy hour from 5-9.
I find that end of 30A shuts down a bit early, but if you head down to seaside or grayton you will find a later crowd.
If your looking for shopping or tourist traps, PCB is closer than Destin and Pier Park isn't that bad.

My favorite restaurant is Local Catch on 30A. The food is excellent and the atmosphere is nice also.

Nicer, higher end dining, different type of people, fewer locals.
CSB is just a radically different way to enjoy a similar region, IMO.
