Best/most scenic beach you have been to?

I have a limited beach list but Tulum in Mexico is the best Ive seen.

That's the prettiest beach/water I've ever been to, too. Hoping that won't be the case 9 months from now though when I get back from the Maldives. I have very high expectations for that place!

Yep. Grace Bay Beach is spectacular and if you ever get the chance to go to Middle Caicos and see Dragon Cay it's the prettiest little beach you'll ever see.

I went to playa Del Carmen a few weeks ago (stayed at El Faro) and T&C beach and water wise blows it away. Playa is great, but, if beach and water is the main point Turks is much better

I've never been to Mexico so I can not comment on any beach from that area. The best beach I've been to was out near Amsterdam. Not sure how far or what not, maybe 40 minutes or so from Amsterdam but it was a nice beach with clear water.

Not tropical but Cannon Beach in Oregon was beautiful. Same for ruby beach, WA.

Ko Phi Phi, Thailand. The 2004 Tsunami did some damage though. I went in 1989.
