12ish guys. Early 30's. Not a bunch of drunk idiots, but definitely can throw down. Want to get a beach house on the gulf coast with stuff to do around at night. Prefer to not do Gulf Shores / Orange beach. Thanks

Honestly if you want any kind of night life you are looking at gulf shores or Destin.
I had a blast at a bachelor part several years ago in orange beach just golfing, hanging in the beach, and going to the FloraBama.
Destin has a few more options but is much more crowded

I went to a bachelor party in Destin and we rented a beach house with a pool and had a blast. Nightlife was pretty decent as well. Highly reccommend.

Pensacola beach is very nice as long as you aren't close to the public area.

And that's the problem. Those shops/bars and that area around the pier is trash as hell it seems to me.

I'm sure it could still be fun.

Hell, one of my favorite bachelor parties was when some friends and I rented a house in the Rigolletes (sp).

The place had a big screen tv, pig pong table, donkey kong and other arcade games, a pool, and a nice pier.
We played cards, boiled crawfish, fished, watched sports, etc and partied all weekend. It's all in what you make of it.
This was 15 years ago, so maybe we were all a little less interested in traveling and hitting up bars.

It really is. It's "Rooollll thhaadddd" country for sure. Luckily, the crowds from the condos just down the beach never seem to mix with the pier crowd.

I have a 4 BR beach front house in Destin that I rent out. If your interested, I'd be willing to talk. I do have a few unreasonable agreements and deposits, though.
