I'm really interested in checking out the main restaurant and was just looking over the website. The rooftop bar/dining area with a pool seems really cool too.

I'm still amazed at all of the investments and new projects that continue to roll into the city. Despite what the OT tells us, the city is still going through an amazing transformation.

Went to the rooftop last weekend. The view is amazing, the service sucks, but I guess that's to be expected with a new place. Hopefully it'll improve.

And now I know what the hell that is when I look out of Elmwood Fitness on top of the Shell parking garage. Been trying to figure it out for awhile now. Really been popping for a little while now.

From the pictures I've seen, the rooms look a bit unconventional.

My wife loves boutique hotels like that and she's been bugging me about a trip to NO to stay there since she saw they were getting one.

Looks like the one in New Orleans is a little more luxurious than the one Portland. Here they charge you extra for a room with a private bathroom.

GF and I walked through it not too long ago and went check out the rooftop pool/bar. It's a pretty awesome place to do some day drinking. The decor is interesting...has a Chateu Marmont/old Hollywood meets hipster feel to it. Looking forward to trying the restaurant out soon.

Actually thinking about blocking off some of their rooms for my wedding so interested to hear thoughts on this place since I won't be able to see it in person.

Went there yesterday afternoon. Thought it was awesome. Didnt really have trouble with the service although it wasn't really crowded. Great selection of booze and attractive women everywhere.

$19 for Absolut/soda and glass of house red wine. Nice view and nice crowd. I realize it's a pool bar and glass isn't ideal, but they could do better than serving drinks in disposable cups. Bar service was also pretty slow. I'd go back though.
