that or the Lumia Icon (930)

both are great phones but the Lumia offers a significantly better camera

Nokia did not seem to care all that much about the US. I hope MS changes that. But honestly, there's nothing I really need from the 930 that my 920 doesn't do. I can't upgrade until March anyway.

Hope MSFT abolishes the exclusive deals crap or at minimum doesn't allow the carrier to neuter the phone.

I still want a windows phablet but not the Qi-Less crap phone from AT&T.

It has been a year. Where is the new Flagship Phablet?

I don't want a mid range phablet (1330?)

I know the purchase of Nokia probably slowed things down for a bit but they are about to lose me to the Nexus 6.

Lumia 920 is over 2 year old technology now. It's ridiculous that they haven't had another flagship phone with all of the same features. I am due for an upgrade next month with ATT and there are no viable options from Windows Phone that are upgrades from the 920. I am even on my third 920 under warranty, as the first one stopped vibrating, the second wouldn't connect to cellular service, and even the third sometimes stops vibrating. There is an issue with them heating up with prolonged use too.

I am just about ready to jump ship to Android. I love the Windows Phone 8.1 OS, but there aren't enough options for purchasing the phones. Isn't there supposed to be a lumia 935 at some point?

That is the only upgrade option which sucks.

What is worse is there really haven't been any leaks of upcoming flagship windows phones. All of the leaks are for midrange crap.

Softy really dropped the ball on this one. I love my 920 but I don't want a M8.

I want a flagship phablet and if I can't get Windows, I guess it is time to look elsewhere.

But it's running 8.1. So it's only missing out on Denim. What is the problem with the tech now?

if it has all the same features, why replace it?

I keep checking the rumour sites, but nothing promising so far. Energy right now is in lower level phones. My 920 is running fine after 1.8 years, so I am really not all that interested.

Rumors that Windows 10 won't be available until the end of 2015. Also, another rumor (but widely accepted) is that all current 8.1 devices will be able to be updated to Windows 10.

I agree with you that it's shitty they haven't released another flagship phone. Almost tempting to get a Note 4/Moto X/G3, and have my Lumia on stand-by for Windows 10 release.

They are pretty much torching the bridges that Nokia built with the Lumia line.

I guess they feel the inroads made by Nokia were so small, they might as well start over.

No other explanation for the total lack of high end phones and no pathway to future releases.

I've been a huge fan of the OS and Lumia line but I'm real close to bailing.

What would a new phone do that the current lineup doesn't?

I already said earlier in the thread. I want a phablet. The only high end phablet was the 1520 which was neutered by AT&T removing the Qi charging and dropping storage to 16gb.

The 920 is 2 years old which by tech standards is ancient.

I want a bigger screen. As the previous poster stated, the other phone companies release flagship phones once a year whether there is a reason to or not.

I agree that windows 8.1 runs just fine with no speed hiccups so a new phone isn't necessary, but I do want a phablet.

They are working on a crappy mid range phablet which I don't want and they only high end phablet is a neutered pile of crap.

Really liked my 1020 for its camera, but it only works on ATT towers. Haven't used any of the others, but the tile homescreen setup is my favorite of any I've used/seen.
