I let it ride after about 3 forced reboots and it came back on. Sit tight

I did my update a couple of days ago and now I have tabs opening on their own to game sites. It happens about every couple of hours. I run Malewarebytes and it finds about four problems when I run it.. I am running Ad Block
Anyone have idea how to stop this?

Forced updates can eat dick. If they were fleet then fine, but every fricking three days and 91% don't turn off your computer for an hour makey jihad.
If you're running Windows10 here's a youtube with a couple ways to turn them shits off.
