What's a reliable public IP I can use for monitoring

I currently have 2 WANs setup, they monitor 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. Not being able to ping those IPs on an interface results in a failover trigger. We're adding a 3rd ISP feed. What's another good IP to use?

4.2.2.2
Also, if you want to check if DNS is working, I believe you can see if https://www.msftncsi.com/ncsi.txt returns the text "Microsoft NCSI".

I always use 8.8.8.8 and 4.2.2.2 I figure there should never be a time when they are both down.

-Find your local ISP's public DNS IPs
- Here is a link to a bunch of public DNS servers.
-Public NTP servers. Ping through the NTP.org pools and find their IPs and use them.
-Popular web servers. Just ping the websites and find their IPs. I just got 74.125.227.212 from www.google.com. 98.139.180.149 for www.yahoo.com.

I use 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. I used to use 4.2.2.2, but have had issues in the past. Also, use the ISP's DNS that they provide.
