What can I get without cable or dish tv?

Moving to a new house in August. I want to be able to watch local network (abc, nbc, fox, and cbs), all espn networks, sec network, and nfl network. Anyway to get all of this with no cable or dish provider? Any help appreciated. I tried cord cutting thread with no traction.
Edit: I think I can get the sec and espn online with subscription or slingtv (not sure if this is all espn networks), but really curious about nfl network and local channels without cable.

Get an antenna and you will get abc, nbc, fox, and cbs. Sling TV will get you all the ESPNs with SEC. No clue if you can get NFL Network without cable/satellite subscription. Maybe go to a bar or friends house for the Thursday night NFL network games.

Thanks this is kind of what I was thinking. Just curious do you know it there is a way to get a recording feature separate?

There is but others will have to chime in on the best way to do that as I don't have that set up on mine. I know you can get a Tivo for it but there may be better options.

The antenna will give you multiple sub-channels for most of the broadcast stations. Add a Roku with subscriptions to Amazon Prime and Hulu Plus. Pay a friend or family member for an ESPN logon if you can't live without sports. The cost? Just a little more than what a lot of people pay monthly for cable except it's for a whole year. It's worth making some compromises for.

I run Windows Media Center on my Windows 7 PC and it gives you all the functionality of a cable or satellite box including DVR and program guide. You will need a tuner, an X-Box as a media extender, and a Microsoft Multimedia remote. Total one-time cost about $250, much less if you already have an X-Box.

There are lots of options. Tuner + HTPC. ChannelMaster. Googling "OTA DVR" is the phrase to get all your options and reviews.

I haven't pulled the trigger on this yet (currently use Windows 8 and Media Center), but Tablo seems like a good option of OTA recordings. They have a Roku app that you can use to access.

Check out the amazon fire stick/box with kodi/tvmc. Check out the thread on the first page.

Win10 does away with Media Center!
P.S. Any one hour network show usually has 18 minutes of commercials. A DVR will allow you to fast forward thru the commercials and save almost one-third of an hour by not having to watch commercials.

Why do you think I've been checking out Tablo? :)
