I'll be at my parents house tonight for the LSU game.
They don't have internet service.....
How much data would streaming the game from my phone eat up?

Probably between 1.5 to 2 gigs depending on quality and length.
That is about what I was averaging last year per game when I had to stream.

Depending on your Data speed and video quality, it can be up to 500 MBs or so per hour
