re: this allergy season can suck my ass - Cailloue Pitre
This season sucks ass. I believe it's because we hardly had a winter and the vegetation is in mega full bloom status because hardly any of it went away - little to no freezes occurred here in South Louisiana. All four of us here at home have gone to the doctor for allergy related sinus infections, ...

If they are trying to make the sport more enticing for the casual Joe who might stumble across it while channel surfing, they will fail miserably. Someone will tune in just for curiosity, see them racing, then here comes the end of the first or second segment, etc... They'll start to scratch heads f...
Do you have to load charcoals while cooking or does the initial fill last long enough to cook majority of meats? Is clean up pretty easy?
I've had coals last 8-10 hours without having to refill the basket. Cooked large briskets and large turkeys with zero coal issues. Clean up ...

re: Just Fired Up the Pit Barrel - Cailloue Pitre
Not yet. But, I'd like to try one in the PBC. I know Noah added a pork belly prep video on the website- looked awesome. A number of people on the FB Pit Barrel Nation page have cooked some and put up some pics and reviews - they all raved about it. I saw Costco carries them here locally, so one day...

For sure check it out. I think you will enjoy it. I know exactly what you mean about the turkey - poultry turns out so moist from the PBC. I cooked one last Christmas for the In-laws and they requested another this year - lol... I also did a pork loin for New Year's - they cleaned it out as well - i...

re: Lynyrd Skynyrd -Golden Nugget Lake Charles -Presale code needed - Cailloue Pitre
If one wants to base it on "original" members, then AC/DC - that "cover/tribute band" has been chugging along quite well this past year... I'm afraid, compared to what's mostly "original" out there on the touring circuit, there's more bang for your entertainment buck with some of these recycles....

re: Who uses a vaccum sealer? - Cailloue Pitre
There's one particular vendor on Ebay that I get my rolls of vacuum bags from. He has a lot of listings and you can subscribe to his emails for his online store - he runs specials about once/month. He's easy to find on there as he has a ton of listings - it'll save you a bunch as the rolls are not c...
