- badass; lots of "card" based services
Androidwear
- badass smartwatch apps; samsung releasing first one later today on play store.
Android Auto
- very slick simple UI to manage most tasks via voice control (steering wheel button) that integrates messaging, navigation and music in a very seamless way.
- "Open auto" or whatever signed on by most automakers and some new cars will have this built in before end of year.
- not sure if this will works with just your phone
Android TV
- wtf..settop box again? ok.
Chromecast
- New 'detect someone in the room with you' and connect to your chromecast via cellular data
- new background app lets you choose the photoshow running
- mentioned it sells more than all other devices combined

I just noticed this thread and I'm really baffled that this didn't get more posts yesterday. I thought this board was mainly android/google service users
Anyway, liked what I saw in android L. I like the new notifications and personal unlock sounds pretty freaking awesome.

Im most excited about ART, battery saver, and 64 bit compatibility. Im surprised people aren't making a bigger deal about them.
