Amazon was totally cool about it. I called them almost immediately since the delivery guys dropped it and ran (maybe that was a sign), and the Filipino guy who answered at their customer service center initiated a refund immediately and it was picked up about two days later. Obviously it would've sucked if I needed that TV immediately, but I still haven't bought another one as I shop around and possibly wait for the next model. No big deal. Nothing to get mad over.

Eh, tough call. Unless you need it at this moment, I'd hang around a bit just to see what they put on the market in the coming month or two. I doubt it is significantly different, but you could probably get something pretty good and brand new for that budget. If nothing really catches your eye, you could just back down and get a damn good 2015 model for cheap.

I think I'll gonna go with a 65". There's only about 4 or 5 real choices with a 60" but plenty with a 65"
