Someone please help me play XBOXONE online again

Ever since I moved into my new apartment, I can not connect to hardly anyone online. Mostly, can not find opponent in FIFA, or any other multiplayer setting really. I can play co-op in certain games, but can never play head to head.
Have tried everything. Someone please give me a magic button to make it work. I just want to play FIFA!!!

I don't see how that is possible.
What is it doing? Are you able to connect to live, but not do any matchmaking? Can you order digital games and movies? Is the download excessively slow? Are you hard wired or trying to connect via WIFI?

I'm on WiFi, but have tried hard-wiring. No difference.
I can pretty much access all live features, but not able to "find opponents" in matchmaking/multiplayer. It would seem to be the NAT, but I have pretty much given up on making that work. ????????????? FACKKKKKKKKKKKKK

Sounds like it's an issue with your xbox account and not your internet/network.

Well you're right, my internet definitely works. But I believe my access to it through Xbox is through a very restrictive NAT

What kind of router do you have?
Make sure that UPnP is enabled on the Router.
On my Nighthawk Router, if UPnP is on I have Open NAT. If it is off I have restricted.

Pain in the arse to do, but had to do it for my 360 with uverse. You've got to get into your router from a computer and open the NAT
