Great for lighting you don't want to spend money replacing with $9 LED bulbs..hallways, stairwells, attics, etc.

At this price who cares was the CRI is. I bought 6 saturday and was surprised i used all 6..those fricking CFLs seem to be lurking everywhere.

eta 2 in the stairwell leading to garage, 1 in the pool house, 2 in the attic and 1 in a closet. *poof*

now i need to buy a few more.

Is that an in-store only deal? Not seeing anything on their website. Cheapest I see there is $1.50 per for the 40w eq.

Those sale bulbs are probably rated at 1500 to 2000 hours... not 15000 like the photo. An ok deal if your in the store and wanna make change.

i'll look. but i mean..you won't find many bulbs no matter the technology for 99 cents these days.

Looks like your store put out their Black Friday deal a wee bit early. The Utilitech bulbs are on the front page of the Lowe's black Friday ad.

The white box is nondimmable correct? I believe the black box ones are dimmable.

CAD, you bought the ones in the picture. Lowes here had them in a rather plain box, but the ouput is 750 lumens and 9 watts. Picked up about 20

Hmmmmm, I may have to stop at Lowe's on the way home so I don't have to go there on Black Friday.
