Hey sports fans, we’re getting ready for some football with a new Sports Pack that gives you access to NFL RedZone and 13 more top sports channels. With NFL pre-season just around the corner, this is a great way to get your game on.
For a $10/month add-on to your monthly Core, Elite, or Ultra plan, the new PlayStation Vue Sports Pack includes the following channels available nationwide:
NFL RedZone (Sept – Dec)
MLB Strike Zone (During regular MLB season)
ESPN Bases Loaded (During NCAA college baseball championship)
ESPN Classic (On Demand)
ESPN Goal Line (During regular college football season)
Longhorn Network
Outside TV
NESN National (regional sports network national feed)
NBCUniversal regional sports networks (national feeds)

Guess I'll add it for Redzone months and then cancel the package. Pretty sure ESPN Bases Loaded and ESPN Goal Line are available on the WatchESPN app.

I thought you could get streaming service for Redzone from the people that produce it for like $35 for the fall. I may be thinking of how it works if you already have cable, but if you can get it for that, I don't think those other channels listed are worth the $5 difference of 4 months in the fall.

If you know someone with a college email address you can save a ton of money on Direct TV Sunday Ticket. I purchased it via a friend still in college last year for a total of $100 for the season, I believe. Streamed it on the NFL app on my Xbone.

Think I paid around $40 for Redzone last year through PS Vue. Will probably do this unless there is a better option. I currently don't have Vue.

I was hoping this was a package that would just have sports channels.
ESPN's
SECN
Fox Sports
NFL Network
NBATV
I'd pay $20/month to just have those 10 or so type channels

college email address is not the workaround to this.... you need someones name and birthday.... which can easily be found on any university athletics team page

Do I need some base package of PS Vue to get this or can I just do this package for $10?

Garbage channels besides Redzone and that's not worth $10 a month th. Now if they included NFL season pass, yeah. I'm probably cutting out Vue once that price hike goes into effect.

Its your typical IPTV service

I use SP Central and get 300+ channels for $45 every six months. That includes all American sports, European soccer, ppv ufc/boxing and much more. I have all the sports channels I had when I lived in England in great HD quality.

Honestly I only use Vue bc its easy for my wife. When shes not around I hardly use it.

This is how it looks on my tv using the smart iptv app.

So they are charging for an illegal service that if you were ok with going illegal you could do yourself for free.

Interesting.

You wont get the HD quality with the options out there for Kodi for free. You can get the games, in decent quality with kodi, but not HD

ehhh that's no true

You can get HD streams for free on kodi. But the add ons for a paid service will for sure be in HD. Like the NFL Game Pass add on.
