Looks like everywhere has them $50 off through the week.

We have written them off on the tech board. Probably the 50 off was a result of that.

Saw awhile back that people like the ecobee better. I know that was sarcasm but are they that much better?

Ever since they fired the head of nest, there has been a good bit of activity around it. Almost immediately the current temperature feature was released. Rumors of an outdoor camera, this... Somebody is at least putting in dinner energy

Have one love it but I'd probably buy an ecobee if I had to make the decision today. I'm not spending 200+ on another thermostat.
