Need help finding an easy to use program

Basically we have 4 delivery trucks. Is there a program out there that I can upload a word or PDF document each morning and everyone in the company with the login info can log in at any point and see the trucks schedule for the day?
I know there are more complicated systems out there but the old timers need it as simple as possible
thanks
if I can't find anything I will just send a group email out each morning

E-mail sounds simpler and easier for both you and the employees. Why complicate things?

Google docs/Drive would achieve this. It could be updated throughout the day and they would always have access to the latest info

You should be able to do that with Word. You'd create and share the document and they could access it in the Word app on their phone.

Other than the amount of space daily pdfs might take in users mailboxes, email seems the easiest route. Don't know what y'all use for email but if Google then I'd support the Google docs suggestion. If 365 you could utilize that as well. Another possibility is setting up a Drupal or WordPress type simple cms web server and post to it every day. Employees could fetch from there. Would take a little work to set up initially, but shouldn't be hard to use for users or uploaders. Just another thought.

I'd do Google docs and use excel or word.

But they would have no way of knowing that the information had changed unless they logged in and checked. Of course you could send them an e-mail to tell them that the info had been updated, but then why not just put the information in the e-mail itself?

You can set it to notify all participants

Sharepoint would also accomplish this if you had a sharepoint server setup.
But Google Drive is probably the simplest answer if starting from nothing.

I'd just send a group email. It's dead simple and you don't have enough people to be worth spending lots of time and money on something fancier.
I wouldn't even bother with a shared site, like Google Docs, Dropbox, or 365. Emails also give you a history of what each truck's schedule was on a given day, that could be useful.
