Other day I was able to get on and it told me the google chrome extension did not exist.....

Today I log on and a black screen where it tells me no boot drive.

I powered down the laptop and today I logged on only to see the Lenova screen where it looks like it is loading and nothing for 20 minutes, this time it happened on 3 different occasions.

Laptop is 10 months old and I've never searched for porn on it (I have a dell for that), only played on stuff for school and work (minus some TD)

Supposed to bring it to best buy on Saturday to let geek squad look at it

My daughter's did this too. We had to call lenova and send it in to be replaced. Took about 10 business days.

I've heard of this happening with a few Yoga's (not mine yet thankfully). Just call Lenovo and have them fix it, much better than going through the idiots at Best Buy. I had to send mine back for a battery issue and took 6 total days from shipping out to being returned. Great customer service.

If he bought it from Best Buy, they'll simply send it back to Lenovo for service, saving him the shipping cost.
