Just got my free Gear VR today.

I pre-ordered the 7edge from Tmobile and just received the promo Gear VR headset.
I have to say its pretty dope so far. It has pretty solid developer support. The apps are well designed and its pretty intuitive.
It came with 6 free games and has plenty of pre-loaded videos and photos.
It has a surprisingly robust app store. Hulu and netflix have well built apps and its an amazing experience to watch content on.
I was never into VR until today. I dont think this is going to be a fad. It appears to have strong developer support and is actually entertaining.
I would recommend it.

My s4 is dying now, I am bummed I missed the VR special. Why could it not die a month ago

I haven't really messed with a lot of games. I saw people saying there is an ocean simulator that's really cool
