Is there any hope for my electronics zapped during power surge?

Forgive my ignorance in the tech world. I had an Apple TV, (the box not the full tv) an older RCA DVD player/surround setup, and a newer (3-4 yr old) net gear wireless router all go out within 48 hours. I can only attribute it to a power outage/surge. Clock in bed room was blinking so I know it went out.
I have Cleco. I've never dealt with half as many mid day outages as I have in the past two years in Acadiana. First I thought maybe remotes weren't working or my power strip was bad. Nope. They don't come on regardless of where they are plugged in or method of startup.
I tried plugging Apple TV directly into computer to reboot, nope, computer doesn't even recognize it as a storage device.
Is there any hope or do I need to just go buy all new stuff?
Router was plugged directly into the wall, Apple TV and DVD/surround were on surge strip.

If they took a hit there is no hope. Sorry.

A lot of times one component takes the damage.

I am having to replace just about everything in my house right now from lightning striking my house.
There are some things you can repair depending on the piece but that can also get expensive having to get a technicIan to look at each piece. You'll have to pay him even if it ends up not being worth the repair.
Good luck.
ETA: The HDMI ports are the first things to get fried.

Talk to power company - they may cover some of your loss.

Sent an email to Cleco. Maybe following their buyout, the new company will be willing to settle for a credit. I'll update with results.

A lot of things can be repaired by replacing components, but for that stuff you'll probably end up better just buying new stuff.
