The remote that came with my Vizio TV can control an Apple TV but a Logitech can't?

It can control the Apple TV, but the newest one has Siri which I believe uses a microphone in the remote. So you would lose that function with any remote that isn't your phone or the apple tv remote, also the games probably wouldn't be as enjoyable.
