I'm trying to create a PDF that will have five fillable spaces for someone to fill out. But I want to add a button they can click that will generate another blank set of the origianl five spaces underneath the ones that were just filled out.

I want to do this, so they can fill out multiple pages of the same spaces, without having to open the original blank file and saving/merging it with the filled one.

I don't think PDFs can do that.

Adobe, Bluebeam. etc.?

I've been fortunate enough to not have to use Adobe in a long time. For bluebeam, you simply need to create a script to insert a new page and create a button to run the script.

Like I said, I'm not very familiar with Adobe but this makes me think it's possible. Inserting another page is going to be a lot simpler than auto-generating fields on to an existing page but I would think that's possible as well.
