I want to get one but don't need top of the line. Any suggestions from someone who owns one?

Per a recommendation on here, I purchased the Lightdow action camera from Amazon. They have the LD4000 ($40) and LD6000 ($50). The only difference is the LD6000 includes wifi. The one I got is the LD6000 which includes wifi although I've never used it. They both come with a shitload of accessories and is compatible with GoPro accessories. Also has great reviews on Amazon.
LD4000
LD6000
I mainly use it as a dashcam and have no complaints whatsoever. I guess the only drawback is that is only shoots in 1080p which doesn't matter to me.

I was in the same boat a while back. Didn't want to dish out the money for a GoPro so I opted for the LD4000.
I took it to Mexico and filmed my family swimming with sea turtles and Akumal and it worked flawlessly. It produced very good HD movies.

Gitup git1/2/3 are the top of their class as GoPro clones. Do some research on them and you will see most agree.
